She first qualified overseas as a Barrister and Solicitor in 1994 and was admitted as Solicitor in England and Wales in 2001.  She also holds a Masters Degree in International and European Business Law and regularly advises businesses and business owners in the following areas:

• Franchise Law Advice - including drafting and advising Franchisors and Franchisees on Franchise Agreements, Re-sale Agreements, Confidentiality & Disclosure Agreements including master Franchise Agreements.

She regularly also advises and assists businesses exporting or doing business in West Africa where she is also qualified to practise.
